WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
At this time – I am open “By Appointment Only.” So please call (602) 571-0015 or email Cristina Marshall at milesofmovementtherapy@gmail.com to book an Intensive.

Do you offer savings packages?

Yes I do! I offer 2 packages for children ages 0 to 12 yrs. An Intensive Package (12 sessions for $600 with a savings of $120) and a Maintenance Package (6 lessons for $300 with a savings of $60). Maintenance packages for children are for children who have already had a 12 session intensive and is out of the severity range. For Adults I offer a package of 10 sessions for $600.00 with a savings of $150.00 and a maintenance package (5 sessions for $300 with a savings of $75) The package scheduling will be determined by me based off the the severity of the client and the schedule.

What is an Intensive Package ?
For optimal results, clusters of lessons called Intensives is one of the few ways I practice at Miles of Movement Therapy.  These one on one hands on sesions are a maximum of length 30 minutes for ages 0-12yrs and 45 minutes for 13 yrs and up. The sessions are booked in an intensive package of 12 lessons for children and 10 lessons for adults. This package is clustered over one week for severe cases with children and adjusted to severity for adults over a 3 to 4  week period. Children Intensive package is mandatory for new clients and severe cases. 

The Intensives are repeated within 3-6 weeks, depending on your situation.
As your abilities progress, the frequency of the intensives will be adjusted.


WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Private sessions for children are $60.00 per 30 minute session.  

Private sessions for adults are $75.00 per 45 minutes session. 
​Group Class rates are $15 per class drop in. If you purchase a package of 10 lessons for $100.00 the rate is $10 a lesson ($50.00 Savings)

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash, check, apple pay and paypal .
I do not accept credit cards at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a minimum of 24 hours for a cancellation. 
​If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you may be
billed the full fee for your appointment.

ARE YOU COVERED BY INSURANCE/HEALTH CARE PLANS?
Unfortunately ABM is not covered by insurance at this time.

WHAT DO YOUR PATIENTS WEAR FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Please bring or wear comfortable clothing (ie: sweat pants/shorts and
a t-shirt or fitted tank.)  Also please wear or bring a pair of clean socks.

CAN ABM PROVIDE NATURAL PAIN RELIEF?
Yes! You can learn to relieve pain and manage chronic pain with the ABM.
Using this cutting edge approach, you can find relief without the use of
drugs. You can begin feeling immediate relief from pain doing the safe easy
movements that are part of ABM.

You will learn to move so that looking up and around, and bending over will
be easier and more comfortable. You will become stronger and more
flexible. Moving things will become safer and you will move with greater ease.
Standing, walking, and breathing will improve.

CAN THE ABM HELP ME HAVE MORE VITALITY AND FLEXIBILITY?
Yes, the ABM can help. While getting older is something that happens to all
of us, we can do something about the limitations and loss of abilities that
have long been associated with aging. Its possible gain greater vitality and
flexibility as we age. By following the simple principles of the Anat Baniel
Method, you can create an environment where you flourish and continue
improving with time. Learn to move gracefully, letting go of unnecessary
muscular contractions. As you learn to move through life with less effort
you will discover greater strength and flexibility. 

I'M NOT ACTIVE, WILL ABM WORK FOR ME?
Absolutely yes. The Anat Baniel Method does not require any pre-existing
level of fitness. Many people are inactive because movement is painful and
uncomfortable. 
When you do this program you will discover how to move free of pain and
with great ease. As a result you most likely will want to do more and be
more active, which will promote your health greatly.

 WHO DOES THE ABM WORK BEST FOR? 
Since the method addresses learning and the underlying principles of
harmonious, effective movement and action, in effect the program can be
useful for everyone. These programs have helped people overcome pain,
reverse the symptoms of aging, re-discover vitality, improve performance
and discover the joy and pleasure of movement.

Musicians improve their playing, golfers improve their stroke, injured athletes go back to playing,
and the life of those choosing to partake in these programs improve. If you feel bad it will make you feel good. If you feel good it will make you feel great. 
You can do these lessons with your spouse, your friends, your kids and
your parents and everyone will improve on many levels.
